Steve Allgood, M.D., Medical Director of Mercy – Breast Center of North Iowa will be the Master of Ceremonies during the Light the Way for a Cure event tomorrow night, October 1.
Mercy has invited the public to this event, which will take place just outside Mercy’s East Campus Lobby. The evening will begin with a social at 6:45 p.m. where you can enjoy light refreshments and listen to the Charles City Chamber Orchestra String Quartet.
The program will begin at 7:00 p.m. and feature three survivors: Angela Hansen; Jolene TerHark; and Carrie Zimmerle; the lighting of the building and a performance by the Newman Catholic High School Dance Team.
Door prizes include: I-Pad Minis, Fitbits, and more; you must be present to win. You should wear pink to be part of a group picture on Mercy’s Facebook page, if you so desire.
