MASON CITY – A Hampton woman was caught stealing at a Mason City department store.
Mason City police were called to Kohl’s, 556 Indianhead Drive, on Saturday evening before 7 PM for an adult female shoplifter. Police arrived and arrested
Racheal Lorenda Foust, age 37 of Hampton, on a charge of 5th degree theft.
Foust was taken to jail, booked, and released pending a court date.
