CHARLES CITY – A Charles City man was arrested for theft and and has been fined after a guilty plea.
Michael Lembke, age 38, was arrested by Charles City police on November 13 for a theft at a business at the 1400 block of South Grand Avenue. He was charged with fifth degree theft and entered a guilty plea the next day. He was sentenced to 6 months probation and $120 in fines and court fees.
