MASON CITY – A Mason City domestic abuser will face three trial dates after police caught him with meth last month.
Joshua Alan Wolff, age 23, was caught by Mason City police on September 17 with methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. He will stand trial on March 26, 2015 on the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, and a jury trial has been set for November 18 on the charge of meth possession.
Wolff has been on probation since last October, when he pled guilty to felony domestic abuse assault involving strangulation. Wolff is now accused of violating his probation in that case and awaits a November 14 probation revocation hearing.

SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.
