WATERLOO – A Waterloo man is in jail, accused of having sexual contact with children and facing two felonies.
Sammie Don Goff, age 62, stands accused of two counts of lascivious acts with a child. The alleged contact took place in February of 2014, records show.
Goff is being held on no bond, and has waived his right to a speedy trial.
