ROCKWELL – Police have charged a Rockwell man with felony burglary after kicking him out of an apartment late last week.
Rockwell police found 39-year-old Victor John Ineson sleeping in an apartment on June 18th. He was informed that since he is not on the lease he needed to leave and was given time to pack personal items and clothes. Rockwell Chief of Police Richard Whitney and another officer gave Ineson a ride to his vehicle at a nearby supermarket parking lot and set free, but not before police told him that he is not welcome at the apartment building and if he returned to the residence he would be charged with a crime.
Then, on June 21, Chief Whitney conducted a traffic stop and arrested Ineson in Rockwell on a charge of felony third degree burglary.
