Obit: Margaret ‘Peggy’ Moore-Frazee-Guynn, 65

Margaret ‘Peggy’ Moore-Frazee-Guynn, 65, of 51 Cedar Terrace St., Charles City died July 22, 2012 at Allen Hospital in Waterloo.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday July 25, 2012 at Fullerton Hage Funeral Home, 401 Blunt Street, Charles City. Officiating will be the Rev. Jane Keel. Visitation will be from 4:00 until 7:00 pm, Tuesday at Fullerton Hage Funeral Home, Charles City and one hour prior to services at the funeral home on Wednesday. Inurnment will be at a later date. Margaret ‘Peggy’ Moore-Frazee-Guynn was born on January 12, 1947, in San Antonio, Texas to William Moore and Dorothy Gleason.  She lived in Waterloo later in her adult life but grew up in Minnesota with her brothers and sisters where she developed her skill of cooking.  She was an avid cook for not only her family but for a number of organizations through the years.  She loved to read novels especially those by Stephen King.  She was married to Richard Frazee for 27 years and later married Richard Hockens. One of her favorite companions in the last few years was her dog Trixi.

Margaret is survived by her children Ricki (Dave) Olson, Dale Frazee, Kim (Jeff) Wedeking, Val ( Randy) Frazee; 7 grandchildren, Sarah, Richard, Shawna, JoAnna, Beth, Cassidy, Tim; brothers Thomas, Cliffton, William, James and sisters, Anne Blair, Beverly Marty and Ruth Hallin; 6 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and cousins; and her best friend Katie Wygle.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, husbands Richard Frazee and Richard Hockens, grandmother Margaret Gleason along with three brothers.
