FAYETTE, IA – An Iowa man was arrested last week after he sprayed a fire extinguisher into the face of a residential facility worker.
On June 7th, the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office took a report of an assault that had taken place at Prairie View Residential Facility. Upon investigation, Dustin Reynolds, age 29, was arrested and charged with assault causing bodily injury after it was discovered that he sprayed a fire extinguisher into the face of a staff member.
He is being held as the Fayette County Jail awaiting an initial appearance in court on June 25th.
