By Dale Roe, Austin American-Statesman –

—Monday

“Hell’s Kitchen” 7 p.m., Fox: Season 10 begins with 18 cooks trying not to spoil the broth.

“America’s Got Talent” 7 p.m., NBC: OK, but what about Austin? We’ll find out tonight as auditions continue.

“MasterChef” 8 p.m., Fox: It’s Season 3 and it’s still “Hell’s Kitchen” with amateur chefs.

—Tuesday

“Pretty Little Liars” 7 p.m., ABC Family: Summer’s over as the third season begins.

“America’s Got Talent” 7 p.m., NBC: The Austin auditions continue.

“A Special Edition of 20/20” 8 p.m., ABC: Katie Couric interviews musical artists including Stevie Wonder and Paul McCartney, who then perform for Queen Elizabeth II at her Diamond Jubilee. The people in the cheaper seats clap your hands while the rest just rattle their jewelry.

“Yardcore” 8 p.m., DIY: Come on … you know they came up with this title first, then built a show around it.

“Love in the Wild” 8 p.m., NBC: Singles search for their one true love in a well full of snakes in the second-season kickoff.

“Rizzoli & Isles” 8 p.m., TNT: Season 3 kicks off with Maura and Jane’s friendship on the skids.

“The Glee Project” 9 p.m., Oxygen: 14 hoofer-crooners compete via Whitesnake for a spot on the hit Fox musical dramedy in the Season 2 opener. Here they go again.

—Wednesday

“Royal Pains” 8 p.m., USA: Competitive eaters compete for medical attention in the fourth-season premiere.

“Hot in Cleveland” 9 p.m., TVLand: Say too long — er, so long — to Season 3.

“Necessary Roughness” 9 p.m., USA: Season 2 premieres tonight.

—Thursday

“Take Me Out” 7 p.m., Fox: The network included Ibuprofen in the press kit for this new, George Lopez-hosted dating game show. You’ve been warned.

“Saving Hope” 8 p.m., NBC: Remember “A Gifted Man,” the canceled CBS drama from last fall about the surgeon whose deceased ex henpecked him from the great beyond? This show is like that one, except with a coma. It still might be D.O.A.

—Friday

“Chris Isaak Live! Beyond the Sun” 7 p.m., PBS: Actually, he’s just beyond the Willie Nelson statue, performing from Austin’s ACL Live.

“Comedy Bang Bang” 9 p.m., IFC: Scott Aukerman’s popular podcast makes the transition to television in this premiere episode with Zach Galifianakis.

“Bunk” 9:30 p.m., IFC: Three comedians I’ve never heard of compete in wild stunts on this new game show I won’t be watching.

—Saturday

“How to Be a Gentleman” 7:30 p.m., CBS: I don’t know whether or not this is the last episode of this awful sitcom’s burn-off, but a guy can dream.

—Sunday

“Tony Awards” 7 p.m., CBS: Dr. Horrible himself, Neil Patrick Harris, gets to exercise his considerable hosting muscles in this celebration of the theater’s best.

“True Blood” 8 p.m., HBO: All kinds of fang-tastic and dangerous blasts from the past return in tonight’s Season 5 premiere.
