Northern Iowa man accused of sexually abusing teen
WEST UNION – A Northern Iowa man has been accused of sexually abusing teen.
On February 21, 2020, the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office completed an investigation that lead to an arrest and a search of a home in West Union. On 2.21/2020 the Sheriff’s Office arrested James Douglas Hill, age 22 of West Union for sex abuse in the third degree a class “C” felony. Investigators also conducted a search warrant at the home of Hill and collected physical evidence of a sexual assault where Hill allegedly sexually assaulted a 15-year-old female. Hill was transported to the Fayette County jail and held on a $10,00.00 bond. Hill was bonded out on the 2/22/2020 and released.
Fayette County Sheriff’s office was assisted by the West Union Police Department.

Were it my daughter, he would run to the police to confess and beg for a long prison term. That would be in the hopes of me not getting hold of him.
