DECORAH, IOWA – A Cresco man is accused of felony domestic abuse, the second time in 8 years he has faced this charge.
Brad Dansdill, age 40 of Cresco, was arrested by the Winneshiek county sheriff’s office on the evening October 25 a charge of Class D Felony Domestic Abuse Assault due to third or subsequent offense and transported to the county jail in Decorah. The alleged crime took place that same day in Orleans Township in Winneshiek County.
Dansdill quickly bonded out of the jail. He awaits an unknown trial date.
Dansdill was accused in 2008 in Howard county of felony domestic abuse assault, but the charge was dismissed.
