MISSING

CHARLES CITY – A former Chicago woman living in Charles City and accused of at least two crimes since moving there is listed as missing for a second time since September.

Feltisha Kolheim, age 21, was reported missing to the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office in Charles City on February 03, 2015. She is listed as African American, 5 feet four inches tall and about 125 lbs.

Kolheim was also reported missing to Charles City police on September 16, 2014.

Kolheim pled guilty to fifth degree theft on June 27 after a shoplifting incident two days prior in Charles City at the 1400 block of Grand Avenue.

Kolheim had a felony charge of domestic abuse involving strangulation dismissed in January of 2014. That alleged incident took place on November 24, 2013, after Charles City police responded to the 500 block of South Main Street. She also pleaded guilty to fifth degree theft in June of 2014, a charge brought by Charles City police.

Anyone with information on Kolheim’s whereabouts should contact Charles City police or the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office.
