CLEAR LAKE – A group of friends came to Clear Lake from Minneapolis to do some Kite Boarding on a recent Saturday afternoon.
“We came here because Clear Lake has open water. Minnesota still has ice patches on the lakes,” said one of the Boarders. “It’s just enough wind to take the kites and have a good time.”
