MASON CITY – Law enforcement received a report of a man going through cars at the Cerro Gordo County Court House Thursday afternoon.
As a result police arrested 19-year-old Anthony Dale Linderman of 239 5th Street SE in Mason City.
Linderman was transported and booked into the Cerro Gordo County jail at 4:35pm. Linderman has been charged with one class d felony count of forgery, two aggravated misdemeanor counts of 3rd degree burglary, and one simple misdemeanor count of interference with official acts.
A defendant convicted of a class D felony faces a maximum of five years in prison. The sentence may be deferred or suspended, except for a forcible felony. Fines range from a minimum of $750 to a maximum of $7,500.
A defendant convicted of an aggravated misdemeanor faces a maximum of two years in prison and a $6,250 fine.
Linderman remains in the Cerro Gordo County jail on $5,000 cash or surety bond.

SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.
If he wasn’t in county attorney’s car he will get off with a plea bargain so he can do it 10 more times.
