MASON CITY – Mason City police say two Minnesota residents have been charged with damaging property in North Iowa.

Danielle Minea, age 39, and Kyle Kuchenmeister, age 41, both of Rochester, Minnesota, have been identified as suspects in August and September 2019 incidents where they damaged property and stole from coin machines at several car washes in our region.

Based on the investigation, they are being charged with the following:

  •  Ongoing Criminal Conduct – a Class B Felony
  •  2nd Degree Criminal Mischief – a Class D Felony
  •  3rd Degree Theft – an Aggravated Misdemeanor

Kuchenmeister is currently in custody. Minea is going to turn herself into authorities.

Mason City police thanked members of the public who’d share information with authorities and other investigating agencies about the identity of the suspects. Residents are reminded to report suspicious activity to local law enforcement authorities when they see it.
