MASON CITY – A Mason City man was caught drunk driving Thursday night.
A Cerro Gordo county deputy conducted a traffic stop on Thursday morning, January 11 at about 1:37 AM near Massachusetts Avenue and 4th Street NE. As a result of the stop and investigation, the driver, 56-year-old Kurtis Donald Hanson was arrested on a charge of first-offense operating while intoxicated. He was taken to jail, posted bond and was released, pending a court date.
