He spit on a Cerro Gordo County Jailer while in custody at the Cerro Gordo County Jail twice after refusing to obey orders from the jailer. The jailer was hit in the face by the spit and on the shirt. The charge is a serious misdemeanor. He was charged with three counts of assault on a peace officer.
James was involved in a fight at the Cerro Gordo county jail on March 28. He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
