FOREST CITY – A Forest City man has been jailed again after allegedly burglarizing vehicles in that community.

Forest City police report that on September 7, 2016, at 9:45 AM, 26-year-old Tylor Christopher Anderson of Forest City was charged with Burglary to a Motor Vehicle. The arrest was made following an investigation into the theft from a vehicle parked on South Clark Street on August 20, 2016.

Anderson was subsequently charged with a second count of Burglary to a Motor Vehicle on September 8, 2016.

Earlier, Forest City police said that on the afternoon of August 24, Anderson was arrested and charged with three counts of Burglary in the 3rd Degree (motor vehicle), two counts of Theft in the 2nd Degree and Criminal Trespass. The arrest was made following a search warrant being executed at a residence on Cathedral Oaks Road.

Anderson is also facing a charge of felony theft in the second degree in Cerro Gordo county.  There is a co-defendent in the case, court records show, of Jacob Dean Ganseveld, who is facing several felony charges throughout the North Iowa area.  Anderson and his attorney, Joseph LaPointe, entered a not guilty plea to the theft charge in Cerro Gordo county on September 14.  He will face a jury trial on November 22.
