MASON CITY – A Mason City man was arrested Monay evening for drunk driving after a deputy witnessed the driver steer his car into a ditch.
On Monday, August 3 after 9 PM, a deputy witnessed a vehicle drive into the ditch near 12th Street NW and Eisenhower Avenue. The deputy investigated and as a result, 35-year-old Jeffrey James Trask of Mason City was arrested for second offense operating while intoxicated and failure to maintain control.
Trask was jailed and soon released, pending a court date.
