CLEAR LAKE – A Freedom Rock was installed in Clear Lake Monday morning.
The City of Clear Lake says a large 16-ton-boulder was set Monday morning at 8th Street and Main Avenue. The boulder will be painted with a mural honoring veterans by artist Ray “Bubba” Sorensen as part of the Freedom Rock initiative. At this time it is anticipated the mural will be painted late this summer.
