CHARLES CITY – A warrant was issued for a Charles City man in a harassment case.
A judge issued the arrest warrant for Justin Wojohn, age 28, on September 29, and Charles City police officer caught up with him on October 2 in the 800 block of 9th Avenue. Wojohn was was wanted on a charge of first degree harassment connected to an incident that took place on September 21.
Wojohn was jailed, booked and released on October 3, pending a hearing on October 17.
