CHARLES CITY – A Rudd woman has been charged with serious crimes involving a child.
Lacey Lea Holtz, 31, was arrested by Floyd county deputies on August 8 and charged with enticing a minor under the age of 16, child endangerment – meth exposure, assault while displaying a dangerous weapon, and possession of marijuana.
The crimes allegedly occurred on August 4 and 5.
Holtz awaits a September 16 court date; she was released from jail on August 8. A no-contact order was set between Holtz and her alleged victim.
In addition, further charges of assault and possession of drug paraphernalia were brought against Holtz; those crimes allegedly were committed on the same dates.
