MASON CITY – A Mason City man has been arrested for the second time in 8 days, this time for suspicion of harassment.
Police went to the home of Nick Alan Moser Tuesday just before 6 PM to discuss a harassment case connected to a business at 2400 19th Street SW. Moser was placed under arrest at that time for an unspecified charge and taken to the Cerro Gordo County Jail.
Moser was also arrested on March 24 after a citizen reported a reckless driver to police. Moser was arrested soon thereafter, again at his home, for no driver’s license, eluding, and interference with official acts and was then taken to jail.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
