MASON CITY – A local man was arrested last weekend for felony domestic assault.
According to police, officers were dispatched to a physical domestic assault situation at the 700 block of North Tyler Avenue in Mason City at about 3:00 PM on December 13th.
Police determined an assault had taken place and arrested Joshua Joe Jennings. He was arrested and charged with felony domestic abuse assault involving strangulation.
Jennings posted $2,000 cash bond on December 16th and was released, pending a court date on December 20th.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
