MASON CITY – A family-friendly kids event will be offered at Lime Creek this month.
A “members only” kid’s nature movie will be held on Tuesday, December 10 at 4 p.m. at the Lime Creek Nature Center.
The featured movie is Microcosmos, an award-winning film about insects. Described as “Jurassic Park in your own backyard,” Microcosmos captures the fun and adventure of a spectacular hidden universe revealed in a breathtaking, close-up view unlike anything you’ve ever seen!
The movie will be projected on the “big screen” in the nature center auditorium and popcorn will be served.
