Joyce A. Carter, 102, of Forest City, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 22, 2025, surrounded by her family at Good Samaritan Center in Forest City.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, April 19, 2025, at United Methodist Church, 305 South Clark Street, Forest City, with Pastor Les Green officiating.
A gathering of friends and family will be held one hour prior to services at the church on Saturday morning.
Burial of cremains will take place in Oakland Cemetery in Forest City, IA.
