CHARLES CITY – A weekend disturbance landed a Charles City woman in jail on multiple charges.
The incident took place on September 30, 2017. The Charles City police department was notified of a disturbance at about 12:33 AM that morning, and were summoned to the 700 block of Riverside Drive. As a result of the call, officers arrested 23-year-old Kyla Osterkamp on a charge of public intoxication, interference with official acts and disorderly conduct.
Osterkamp was jailed and soon released, pending a court date later this month.
