MASON CITY – Mason City police and Cerro Gordo Coutny sheriff’s deputies were called to Wal-Mart, 4151 4th Street SW in Mason City, on Friday at 7:00 PM for a shoplifting incident.
A minor from the city of Wesley, Iowa was apprehended and arrested. The person, who name is being withheld, was charged with 5th degree theft, a simple misdemeanor.
The item(s) in question were less than $200 in value.

Slow news day? I would guess Wal-Mart has a minor shoplifting every day of the week.
Kids steal from Walmart all the time, this is not news.
