Britt man arrested for minor consumption

CLEAR LAKE – A Britt man was arrested Friday evening at a Clear Lake drinking establishment for two offenses.

Alan Jeffery Horstman, 20, of Britt was picked up at PM Park, 15297 Raney Drive in Clear Lake at 8:45 PM.

According to the Cerro Gordo COunty Sheriff’s media report, Horstman was arrested for using false identification to gain alcohol (321.216) and also cited for minor consumption.

Horstman was arrested and taken to the Cerro Gordo County Jail.

According to online records, Horstman plead guilty to careless driving in 2009 and paid a $25 fine and $68.75 in court costs for that offense.

SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
