Iowa House looks at campaign finance reform bill

A bill was introduced in the Iowa House Thursday requesting the U.S Congress look at campaign finance reform. The bill asks Congress to submit to the states an amendment to the constitution that would restrict campaign contributions and require disclosure of contributions.
