CHARLES CITY – A Charles City woman was nabbed on a warrant for alleged child endangerment and has a famous Mason City lawyer representing her in court.
According to the Charles City police department, on October 4, 2025, 40-year-old Brandy Lynn Jorgensen of Charles City committed the crime of child endangerment, an aggravated misdemeanor. A judge issued a warrant for her arrest on October 8, after the complaint was filed by police. The warrant was served by police on the afternoon of October 9, when officers went to the 600 block of Beck Street and located the suspect. She was jailed and held on bond, but was soon released.
Jorgensen now awaits a preliminary hearing set for October 29, at 11:45 AM, and has been appointed a public defender. Records show Jorgensen is being defended by Mason City attorney Richard Tompkins, Jr., who is famous for entering over 100 women’s homes years ago and stealing women’s “undergarments with which to sexually gratify himself” and getting a slap on the wrist for it from our local justice system.

600 block of Beck street, that’s the current police station since they decided to not go to the new station the people built them, she turned herself in moron.
Bailiff, whack his pee pee
May not be bad idea. It’s practically comical that this clown can practice law with a straight face. He must be old as dirt by now, anyway. In my opinion, only the most desperate moron / loser / likely guilty would retain the panty sniffer as an attorney? Maybe I am wrong?
Apparently you don’t know how court-appointed counsel works….
choose from the bottom of the barrel?
Ya, the courts do not exactly appoint the Perry Mason’s of the world to rep the crooks, do they?
