Iowa man nabbed at casino for lewd acts and indecent exposure at volleyball practice

BURLINGTON, IOWA – This Iowa man whipped something out at a casino volleyball practice and folks were not impressed, leading to his arrest for a misdemeanor crime.

On March 25, 2025, at approximately 5:22 PM, officers from the Burlington Police Department responded to Catfish Bend Casino, 3001 Winegard Drive (Fun City Courts) regarding a report of a male exposing his genitals on the property. When officers made contact with witnesses on scene, they advised there was a male that was masturbating outside the complex while watching a volleyball practice inside the courts. Officers were able to review video footage of the incident and were able to identify the suspect based on passed encounters with the male.

On March 29, officers identified the male suspect as 57-year-old Kevin Beck (pictured at top) from Burlington and submitted an arrest warrant for Beck, and he was taken into custody and booked into the Des Moines County Jail on the following Charges:

Indecent Exposure (Serious Misdemeanor)
