James DeBower, 39, of Waterloo, formerly of Charles City, passed away Monday, August 9, 2021.
A memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at Hauser Weishaar Funeral Home in Charles City with Erik Hoefer officiating.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at Hauser Weishaar Funeral Home.
