DUBUQUE – Police are investigating after a woman was found dead in Dubuque.
On July 28, 2021, at approximately 9:50 p.m. Dubuque Police responded to 635 W. 11th Street Apt. # 4 to conduct a welfare check on Kylie Duster, 20 years old. Officers located a deceased female inside the residence believed to be, Kylie Duster.
An investigation has been underway since the discovery and remains active as of this release.
