DES MOINES – On Tuesday, Gov. Reynolds signed the following 10 bills into law:
HF 323: an act relating to the exploitation of a dependent adult by a caretaker.
HF 393: an act relating to the reporting of certain gifts and bequests received by the executive branch.
HF 418: an act relating to commercial driver’s license requirements, and including applicability provisions.
HF 518: an act relating to reimbursement for dually eligible medicare and medicaid members receiving the medicare hospice benefit and medicaid-only members electing the hospice benefit in a nursing facility.
HF 701: an act relating to the continuance of lawful preexisting nonconforming uses by manufactured, modular, and mobile homes and site-built dwelling units.
SF 112: an act relating to the requirements for certifications of trust and including applicability provisions.
SF 402: an act providing for the good-faith submission of information, records, applications, and documents to the credit union division.
SF 403: an act relating to the subpoena powers of the superintendent of credit unions, and making penalties applicable.
SF 506: an act relating to procedural requirements for the merger of state credit unions.
SF 507: an act relating to the definition of personal injuries arising out of and in the course of the employment for the purposes of compensable acts for workers’ compensation.
