MASON CITY – Drunk driving suspect Andrew James Romano is now in the Cerro Gordo County Jail. Law enforcement confirmed his arrest this morning.
Romano had been in Mercy Hospital after a three-car auto accident Sunday at 6th SW and South Monroe Avenue and faces multiple charges.
Romano, 25, of Orange City, was charged with operating while intoxicated, driving while revoked, reckless driving, speeding, and failure to obey a stop signal.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.
