MASON CITY -A Des Moines woman was arrested at a Mason City hotel for an alcohol-related violation early Thursday morning.
Mason City police officers were dispatched to the Super 8 hotel, 3010 4 Street SW, for a disturbance involving an intoxicated subject at about 1:46 AM. At the scene, Jennifer Lynne Kephart was placed under arrest and charged with public intoxication, a simple misdemeanor.
Kephart, 33, was taken to the Cerro Gordo County Jail and booked at 3:07 AM.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
