MASON CITY – The Mason City Council offers a listening post at the end of council meetings where any citizen can address the council for up to 5 minutes. The council also offers a public forum on agenda items only, also 5 minutes are available for each citizen.

A waste of time and energy. They have no interest in listening to the common taxpayer.
Horrible echoing, reverberating, noisy audio is mostly indiscernible.
