A Mason City man, Randy Dean Bakkum, age 39, was arrested Thursday at 12:46 a.m. on a warrant at 814 N. Federal, Apt.7, Mason City. The warrant was for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver. Bakkum’s bail is $10,000 Cash/Surety/10% Cash.
Subject is innocent until proven guilty.
