ANKENY – This convicted Iowa sex offender has been nabbed and convicted once again honing his skills in showing off his body to someone with absolutely zero interest in taking a gander, but a woman judge waived a fine, put him on the offender registry and sentenced him to “time served.”
Records show 66-year-old convicted Iowa sex offender Robert Lee Bodling of Ankeny is convicted of the following crimes:

Bolding (pictured at top) was last nabbed on a July afternoon in Ankeny for indecent exposure to a female over the age of 18. He is unmistakable, usually sporting pink or purple hair and pushing 300 lbs. According to court records, Bodling was charged by Polk county prosecutors of two counts of indecent exposure for alleged incidents in May and June of this year. However, a woman judge threw out one of the charges. She then sentenced Bodling on the charge that did stick to “time served” instead of the full 120 days in jail that he was supposed to serve, and she threw out a $430.00 fine, only imposing $401.20 in court costs. He was put on the state’s sex offender registry for another 10 years. Records show he has not paid a dime toward his balance owed to the courts and was given a “FINAL NOTICE OF PAST DUE COURT FINE AND COSTS” over two months ago.
