The Board of Supervisors of Cerro Gordo County, Iowa, met in regular session pursuant to adjournment. Present: Chairperson Lori Meacham Ginapp, Vice Chairperson Chris Watts, and various members of the public. Absent: Supervisor Casey Callanan
Chairperson Meacham Ginapp convened the meeting at 10:00 a.m.
Watts moved with Meacham Ginapp seconding, to approve today’s agenda. Motion passed unanimously.
Watts moved with Meacham Ginapp seconding, to approve minutes for the January 15, 2024 special session and the January 15, 2024 regular session. Motion passed unanimously.
Public comment session was held.
Watts moved with Meacham Ginapp seconding, to approve claims. Motion passed unanimously.
Watts moved with Meacham Ginapp seconding, to approve the payroll register for period ending 01/13/2024. Motion passed unanimously.
Watts moved with Meacham Ginapp seconding, to appoint Kevin Pope as Reclassification Commissioner for Joint Drainage District 113/123 and Drainage District 16. Motion passed unanimously.
Watts moved with Meacham Ginapp seconding, to approve the Clerk’s Monthly Report of Fees. Motion passed unanimously.
Watts moved with Meacham Ginapp seconding, to approve the Family Farm Credit recommendations from the City and County Assessors for AY2023. Motion passed unanimously.
Watts moved with Meacham Ginapp seconding, to approve the Second Judicial District Department of Correctional Services Annual Report for FY2023. Motion passed unanimously.

County Engineer Billings provided an update.
