NORWALK – Jason Momoa, who has starred in many roles on the big screen including the Justice League superhero Aquaman, will soon be in Iowa to pose with fans and promote his vodka.

Momoa is a graduate of Norwalk High School, just south of Des Moines, and will be in his hometown Monday morning, October 16, at the local Fareway store. Momoa will be there (Fareway, 1711 Sunset Drive, Norwalk) from 9 AM to 10:30 AM to promote his delicious Meili vodka he created with his friend, Blaine Halvorson.

“Designed to be enjoyed neat, Meili exhibits a bright, smooth, and effortless flavor profile. The quality of our ingredients can be immediately noted and appreciated across all palettes, raising the bar for what’s possible within a Vodka,” the product website claims.

Momoa isn’t quitting there, as he will then be in Urbandale to please more fans. His next stop is planned for a Hy-Vee store (Hy-Vee, 8701 Douglas Ave, Urbandale) from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM.
