MASON CITY – Three inmates are facing charges after a jailhouse brawl Tuesday night.
According to jailers at the Cerro Gordo Couty Law Enforcement Center, inmates Harold Victory Stinnett, Joseph Michael Evenson and Eric Devon Brown were involved in an altercation Tuesday night at about 9:20 PM. They reported that each received minor injuries but no hospitalization was needed.
In the aftermath of the incident, Stinnett and Evenson were both charged with assault causing serious injury. Brown was charged with disorderly conduct – fighting or violent behavior.
All three men have been accused of felonies.
It is to bad they stopped them.
I agree, they couldn’t get any more brain damage in a fight that what they have done to themselves with drugs.
