CHARLES CITY – Police arrested a man early Sunday for second offense drunk driving Charles City.
Charles City police executed a traffic stop at about 1:43 AM Sunday, March 15 at D Street. After an investigation, 34-year-old Randy Ferch was arrested on a charge of second offense operating while intoxicated.
Ferch was jailed and released the next day as he awaits a court date on April 3. He was arrested in 2008 by Charles City police for drunk driving and later pleaded guilty.
