Cultural Crescent is what you call a dead area of a city once you have started throwing millions of taxpayer dollars at it.
1)Before millions of dollars-old, dead, run down,
2)After millions of dollars-old , dead, “Cultural Crescent”

It’s inside the blue zone….

Ha! Good one, Bartender!

There is no culture in Mason City so how could there be a crescent. Just lame.

Sorry, I don’t live in Mason City–what or where is the Cultural Crescent?

Must of had some grass to mow. duh
