Latimer man faces more charges in addition to bestiality

HAMPTON – A Latimer man faces new charges of second degree sexual abuse.

Records show that David Allen Baugh, 34, now faces three new counts of second degree sexual abuse from an alleged incident from September 1, 2012.

Baugh already had three counts of second degree sexual abuse brought against him after an alleged incident that took place on January 1, 2012. Also from that alleged incident, Baugh faces a bestiality charge, two counts of lacivious acts with a child and three counts of disseminating obscene materials to a minor.

A Franklin County Sheriff’s Department investigation lead to the arrest of Baugh, who will be in court on November 29th for a plea change hearing.

  1. You can tell by his mugshot that he was crying. Obviously he was guilty, otherwise why cry? I really hope the victim gets justice and is able to see this man locked away for a LONG time. How can anyone be capable of such things?

    1. I wonder if he will be able to put out the fire in his rectum after big bubba gets ahold of him. I hope justice will be served he faces 170 lets see how much he really does for messing up someones life forever.
