Mason City woman picked up on warrant Wednesday

MASON CITY – A Mason City woman was picked up on an arrest warrant on Wednesday.

Amanda Kay Butner, 21, was arrested at the 400 block of North Washington Avenue by Mason City police at about 5 PM on a warrant regarding a 5th degree theft charge from an incident on September 27th.

Butner has pled not guilty to the charge and will face trial on October 26th, 2012 at 9:30 AM.

  2. Indeed, a defendant should never have a Lawyer, or refuted evidence, probable cause, or question facts in a case. It should be dis-allowed in our Judicial System.

    The heck with Due Process of Law! We dont need our Constitution and it’s personal protections!

    Just walk into court, plead guilty, and take your time in the cooler!

  3. Hey wheres Ryan? If you bust one you have to bust the other! Those two are the two biggest thiefs in this area. Especially in the rural areas!
