CHARLES CITY – The Iowa Supreme Court on last Wednesday reinstated former Floyd County attorney Jesse Marzen’s law license.
Marzen’s license was suspended because of ethics violations in March of 2010 for “disclosing client confidences” and violating the rules of professional conduct.
Norm Klemesrud later won election as Floyd County attorney after Floyd County Supervisors removed Marzen from the position.
