@Matt-I think the rumor you are hearing is the one Jolus is spreading about a grocery store that is interested in the Sear Shopping Center location. He spread the same rumor about five years ago. There is also some hogwash about turning the fairgrounds into a horse show only and moving the fairground farther north to the property owned by Jolus of course.
