I rented one of his apartments in Osage and it was well kept, and great neighbors. He returned my entire deposit even with out an entire 30 day notice when I moved. Think it is time for him to cut his losses on this home, or the Mason City north end for that matter.

I have known this Landlord for many years… He is NOT into anything illegal, such as growing pot… That is ridiculous. Everyone loves to blame the landlords. The landlord can screen tenants all they want, but there are still going to be some bad apples that get by. Anytime you have a multifamily property, you will have some issues.

Who is the landlord? Saw a company name but who is that individual?

The landlord (property manager) is Hilton. He was the first one Aaron Harris contacted just right after killing (?) his girlfriend! Why would anyone contact their landlord after killing someone!

I live here, and have for over 3 years……just a simple guy trying to get by, and keep a roof over my head, and all though things here may not be perfect or ideal, trust me there is no marijuana growing in the basement.

Yeah and your probably the landlord, nice try!

Is this the same house the woman was killed in last summer? If it isn’t, it is real close to it. Burn it donw and put the landloard in jail. Damn MidTown.

Yuppers… same apartment building that Aaron Harris strangled Sarah Winters

This apartment house has just drawn some of the many RUMS in Mason City..It’s why ppl like me move away…why good law abiding families and ppl aren’t staying…but the Mason City police and Drug task force are on it…but this shouldn’t reflect on the landlord at all…once trouble begins all you can do is throw ppl out….

Someone should seriously investigate this landlord, he allows certain tenants to live rent free but makes others pay rent, You do the math.
Secondly, its rumored that this landlord is growing marijuana in the basement whether that is true or not who knows but it wouldn’t surprise me any.
